Shipping policy

Handling & Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday).
Orders placed on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during exceptionally busy periods, but we will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. As a small business, we're focusing on providing the best possible service to our UK customers. As we continue to grow, we hope to offer international shipping in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
